For agencies

Give clients evidence they can understand and work they can review

Each client brand has its own project, prompts, competitors and engines. Explain a visibility gap from the underlying answers, then report the work and its follow-up.

Keep client work organized

Separate projects keep client questions and competitors together. Workspace roles control access; a public report shares only its explicit snapshot, not the live workspace.

Make recommendations reviewable

Tie an action to the answers or page checks that support it. Explain what was observed, what remains uncertain and how you will check the result.

Share a bounded report

Use reports, expiring client share links and CSV export. Include the window, engines and coverage so a client understands what a result represents. Check Pricing for project and engine allowances.

A client project is part of its workspace. Assign separate workspaces where clients need separate membership boundaries; a project name alone is not an access boundary.

See what a client would receive in the sample report, how the figures are counted in the methodology, and every screen your team would work in on the features page.

Questions agencies ask

Can I track several client brands in one workspace?
Yes. Each brand or site is a separate project with its own prompts, competitors and engines; the plan sets how many you get. Where clients need separate membership boundaries, give them separate workspaces: a project name alone is not an access boundary.
What can I share with a client without giving them the workspace?
An admin can create a limited client summary on a link that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days, and revoke it. Owner names, private notes, prompts and full answers are not in it. CSV downloads carry the same dates, labels and outcomes as the screen.
How do I show a client whether our work changed anything?
Log the change in Actions with the date it went live and the affected URL, then compare a 7, 14 or 28-day window on either side. The comparison only runs on identical prompt wording, engine, geography, model and collection method, and it reports an observation about two samples, never proof that the change caused it.
How many people on my team can use it?
Every subscription plan includes unlimited team members in a workspace. Workspace roles decide who can change what.
What changes between the plans?
How many questions you track, how many brands or sites you run, and how many of the six included engines each question is asked on. Claude, Grok, Meta Muse, Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT's API are priced on their own and can be added to any plan.
