The Starter trial runs 15 prompts on 1 project across 3 engines. A card is required so the subscription can begin on day 8; cancel before then and nothing is charged.

- What exactly happens during the trial?
- You get the whole product for seven days at trial caps: 15 prompts, one project, three engines, with a smaller manual-run allowance. A card is required at signup. The subscription begins on day 8 and the first payment is taken then.
- What if I cancel before day 8?
- Nothing is charged. Cancel from the billing page at any point in the seven days; you keep access until the trial ends.
- Is VAT included?
- Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store a card number.
- What decides the plan I need?
- How many prompts you want measured, how many brands or sites you are tracking, and how many engines you want each prompt asked on. A prompt asked on three engines every day is about 90 answers a month; the plan sets how far that scales.
- How often does collection run?
- Every day, on every plan. An assistant does not give the same answer twice, so a day is one draw and a month is a trend. You can also run a prompt yourself at any time, within the project's daily attempt allowance.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, from the billing page. Entitlements follow what the payment provider reports, so a change takes effect as soon as it is confirmed.

- Custom business coverage, public-information accuracy work, AI election recommendation monitoring, and geopolitical narrative and propaganda analysis start with a scope discussion. We agree the claims and questions to track, collection coverage, reference material, review responsibilities and deliverables before quoting. Specialist analysis and expert review are separate from standard subscription allowances.
- Why are five engines priced separately?
- Because they cost us several times what the others do. Claude, Grok, Meta Muse, Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT's API each search the web before answering, and one Claude answer costs about forty times one Copilot answer. Folding that into every plan would mean charging everybody for engines most people do not use, so they are bought on top — priced for the plan you are on, added and dropped from Billing whenever you like.
The terms govern what a plan includes, and the privacy policy lists every provider your prompts and account data touch.
